Building Dreams

From their conception, one of the greatest problems facing the all schools has been land and property ownership. Although staff put tireless effort into the schools and persevered in the face of the seemingly irreconcilable problems of rent and wages, small non-profit making schools like HVP never had the sufficient capital to invest in their own land. Instead all three schools had to rent buildings for school use. As well as continually having to spend money on rent, the buildings were mostly unsuitable for use as proper schools.

Due to help from our supporters, over the course of the last 7 years, HVP UK has enabled all three schools to acquire their own land and construct proper, purpose-made school buildings.
