A small team of UK volunteers form the committee and trustees responsible
for looking after the organisation and administration of the charity.
This includes tasks such as managing HVP UK funds, keeping track of
membership records, co-ordinating the sponsorship programme, liasing
with donors and supporters, contributing to the HVP UK newsletter and
maintenance of the website. The committee meet several times a year
to review progress, discuss ideas and make collective decisions.
HVP UK’s committee is made up of individuals who pursue their own careers in different parts of the UK and help out with HVP work in their free time, as and when they can, on an entirely voluntary basis.

HVP UK could never have got to where it is today without the dedication and hard work of key supporters throughout its history. In many cases those who have given so much to HVP UK have found it necessary to step back, due to changing circumstances. HVP UK is keen to recognise the contributions made over the years and to maintain links with such central figures of the HVP movement to benefit from their advice, wisdom and expertise.
